StanceNote Refund Policy

1. 7-day refund window

If you request a refund within 7 calendar days after purchase, we will generally provide a full refund for the StanceNote digital software bundle. This 7-day window is our standard commercial refund offer for direct purchases covered by this policy.

2. After 7 days

After the 7-day refund window, refunds are no longer part of the standard commercial offer. We may still assist where there is a payment, delivery, or product problem that justifies a remedy.

• If you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase.
• If we cannot deliver the purchased files or access within a reasonable time and cannot fix the issue promptly.
• If the delivered bundle is materially defective and we cannot repair, replace, or re-deliver it within a reasonable time.
• If applicable law gives you a repair, replacement, cancellation, refund, or other remedy that cannot be excluded.

3. What to do first

To request a refund, contact support@stancenote.com with your order reference, purchase email, and, if relevant, a short description of the issue. If your request is made within 7 days of purchase, we will generally process it as a standard refund request. Outside that window, we will review it against the circumstances listed above and any rights that apply under law.

4. Effect of a refund

If a full refund is granted, your StanceNote entitlement may be revoked and new downloads or recovery links may stop working. This aligns the commercial license with the refunded purchase.

5. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any non-excludable consumer guarantee, statutory warranty, or other right or remedy you may have under applicable law, including rights that may apply under Australian consumer protection laws.
